See which CCS staffers earned nominations from their peers at our most recent All-Staff meeting:

Jacob - Jacob has exemplified excellent support and cultivated trust with MM that has not been seen in a long time. It is refreshing to see this individual engaged in support time. Thank you Jacob. 

Chris - thank you for troubleshooting tech issues for an important meeting with precision and speed.

Scott - Scott is super conscientious in his DSP role. I appreciate his attention to detail in administering medications. He is insightful, consistent, and calm in his excellent care for Mandy. We are so fortunate to have him on our Residential Program Team! Thank you, Scott!

Rachel P. - for her excellent work with AL. She goes above and beyond with her support, and she is making a great difference in his life.

Kierney - she did a great job at Champlain Voices supporting an individual. 

Laurie - your guidance and support is so appreciated. CCS is so lucky to have someone with your knowledge. 

Robin - thank you for your support during a difficult situation and all you do to help your coworkers and individuals we support.  

Casey - it's always such a pleasure seeing you interact with individuals.   Thank you for being you! For your kindness, and sharing excellent insight, knowledge, and talent.

Emily K - thank you for the extra time you took to help support individuals on the weekend. 

Peter - I have had nothing but great feedback from multiple parents, guardians, and individuals about Peter. Great work. Keep it up! 

Liesl – she always has a smile to greet us with and clearly is a people-person. She is a natural at making all of us more comfortable - a joy to be around.

 Maddie - for your flexible support of individuals pursuing all sorts of unique employment opportunities from niche self-employment areas to uncharted career paths. You make sure individual’s voices are heard. You’re the best!

Nora and Sadie - for your consistent focus on an individual’s wants and desires, particularly when they may be in conflict with a parent or guardian’s view. You help give them a voice when it is desperately needed.

Liz, thank you for representing CCS so well at the recent Vermont Family Network annual conference. Despite having to quickly adapt and give the presentation on your own, you did an incredible job. Liz’s presentation made such a strong impression that schools previously uninterested in the Bridging program are now reaching out to learn more. Amazing work, Liz!

Tyler, thank you for your steady leadership of the employment team during this transition period. Your dedication, hard work, and positive attitude have been greatly appreciated.

 Anne, thank you for the grace and professionalism you have shown while navigating ongoing challenges at one of your PGLL campuses. Your consistency, creativity, and thoughtful approach have had a positive impact.

 Anna K, thank you for getting the gardening group started for the season.  

Samantha - thank you for going above and beyond for participants on your caseload. Your caring, professional advocacy is inspiring. We are all very lucky to have you on our team.
