As members of Vermont Care Partners, our hearts are feeling full! We were thrilled to have more than 100 of you join us for this year's Direct Support Professionals celebration on the Vermont Statehouse lawn.

Your participation — sharing stories at the open mic, adding heartfelt messages to our story garden and more—meant the world to us.
