Service Coordinators - Huge thanks to the service coordinators for managing all the calls and redeployment that came with the snowstorms!

Karen - thank you for all of your pre-work with setting the stage for CCS to be awarded Best Places to Work in VT for the 8th year in a row!

Brent - thank you for your ever calm and clear responses helping us all navigate the system changes we are going through with finance reform.

Julie - your ability to keep us all organized and on point is so appreciated!

Laurie - thank you, your extra reminders to take precautions to stay healthy and if sick to stay home have helped us all!

Congratulations Mike and Laurie - for the incredible work/ and support provided to the PHP students this year and teaching yet another year of Med students the importance of understanding the people we serve. The poster was impressive.

 Matthew M - we are so excited to have you join the SC team. You are doing great work already.

 Chris - our IT hero! Thank you for all your patience and knowledge

Emily P - Your commitment to the people you support doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for all your hard work.

Kierney - I so enjoy seeing you interact with the people you are supporting. We appreciate all you do.

 Nurse Laurie - for bringing spark and insight to this year’s PHP project with UVM Med School.

 A thank you from Judy - thanks everyone for the fabulous flowers, and signed card. It really brightened my spirit.

 Kevin – thank you for your support at Shelburne craft school and for your excellent communication when navigating new situations.

 Samantha – You work so hard and provide care for individuals with significant needs. You are doing such an amazing job! We see you and we appreciate you! 

Lex – the support that you are providing is making a real and noticeable impact. Your kindness and ability to meet people where they are is truly appreciated and recognized. Thank you!

Michael – thank you for your calm, compassionate, and consistent support of GH through challenging times.

Kierney, Rachel P, Judy, and Nora – thank you for your support of ES during challenges at work and at home. She has such a rock-solid team of amazing women.

Avery – thank you for helping DD explore new volunteer opportunities in the community. It is adding so much to her life.

David and Shelley – thank you for making the trek to Smuggler’s Notch to make sure PS can take his skiing lessons.

Jacob — Hearing MM’s excitement to leave the house and spend time with you has been so heartwarming. He clearly looks forward to his time with you, and kudos to you for building rapport and trust so quickly. Thank you for bringing so much joy and hope into his days.

Kierney — Your ability to meet everyone you support exactly where they are, across different needs and personalities, is truly beautiful to witness. No matter who you’re working with, you consistently model what it looks like to be a person-centered, patient, and compassionate DSP.

Emily K — You continually lead with your big heart in the work you do. It’s clear how deeply you care for the people you support, and that care does not go unnoticed.

Olive — Your down-to-earth nature and willingness to be silly allows participants to feel at ease around you. I love watching how natural it is for you to connect and support your people.

Roxy — You are incredibly generous, and the people you support clearly see you as a steady, consistent presence in their lives.

Team TP— Your patience, flexibility, and care throughout the many changes T has been navigating have not gone unnoticed. Thank you for staying steady, showing up, and continuing to support him with such compassion.

Verena - I’d like to recognize Verena for nurturing the creativity of the clients she works with both in the context of art class and outside of it. It’s amazing to see how people’s artistic talents shine when they are supported and encouraged by their DSPs!

Lane - thank you for being responsive, professional, and a great team player. You are quick to brainstorm ideas and follow through with action. Your hard work, compassion, and experience are appreciated! 

Nora - for her amazing support of several individuals with uniquely challenging job development needs. Her kind and caring way of connecting with people never fails to put them at ease and demonstrates how much you really care. You rock!

Tyler - thank you for all your hard work to revamp the supported employment orientation trainings. They have turned out great!

Anne – thank you for staying organized and working diligently to collect missing paperwork from PGLL participants.  

Jenn - thank you for always being willing to lend an ear to support co-workers, on both a professional and personal level. You are a highly respected and trusted colleague!  

To all staff – thank you for bearing with us through the system reform changes.
