Advocacy Days at the Vermont State House
There will be two disability advocacy events happening at the Vermont State House this year, and I hope you will consider joining us.
Wednesday, February 11, 2026 is Disability Advocacy Day, and Wednesday, March 11, 2026 is Disability Awareness Day. Disability Advocacy Day brings together people with disabilities, family members, advocates, service providers, and allies to raise awareness and advocate for disability rights in Vermont.
Our very own Delaina Norton will be at the State House both days. If you are interested in attending and or testifying, please reach out so we can coordinate. There may not be an opportunity for testimony on February 11, but we can absolutely start planning now for March 11, when testimony opportunities are more likely.
You can register for Disability Advocacy Day using the link below, and we’ll share more information about Disability Awareness Day (March 11) as it becomes available.
