Helping families meet basic needs in critical moments

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services’ (NCSS) Parent Child Center provides critical concrete supports to families with young children facing food insecurity, housing instability, and unmet basic needs. Through state and federal funding and strong community partnerships, Parent Child Centers and Vermont Care Partners (VCP) network agencies help prevent crises, strengthen family stability, and improve outcomes for Vermont’s most vulnerable children.
