Nora- For going above and beyond with Jordan while Paige was out.

Brent – for all your hard work and navigation as we transition through payment reform and COI.

Matthew M - For the amazing support you provide and attention to the clients you support.

Emily P- For creating such a friendly atmosphere at work and providing such great support to your caseload.

Emily K, Olive, Rachael B and Melissa- For the continued and amazing team centered approach for KL’s continued care. Your dedication and communication have made a huge difference in his care

Chris - for a fantastic, quick, quiet, gentle, enjoyable, shared moment Tues. afternoon.

Jordan C- For providing such amazing support to the people on your schedule and going above and beyond with Forest.

Julie- For all your amazing work and for being such a vital Cog in the CCS machine.

Cindy - for her assistance at the library! She jumped in to help during a stressful situation without hesitation. Her calm and caring demeanor helped a client who was experiencing a health scare feel safe and supported. Thank you so much Cindy!

Rachael B - thank you for your ongoing professionalism, wonderful attention to detail and clear and timely communication. You always manage to have people’s goals and needs in mind while facilitating fun and fabulous days!

Chris – thank you for your time and patience in getting reconfigured with new equipment that can handle the recent Microsoft upgrades.

David - thank you for the quick pivot – assuring that an individual with important plans was able to keep them.

Service Coordinators - How on earth do you do it? Thank you for keeping everyone safe and covered and supported during these exciting times.

Samantha - thank you for jumping in with both feet and your great big heart. This is obviously not your first rodeo. You are a joy to work with.
