Every three years the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Survey asks, "What do you think can strengthen the health of your community?" Join the conversation about how to strengthen community health in Chittenden and GrandIsle Counties by taking the survey, visit http://ow.ly/beFX50GhTDvThis survey is being conducted for the University of Vermont Medical Center’s Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) in collaboration with over 25 community partners on the CHNA Steering Committee. The results will be used to better understand and respond to top community health needs in Chittenden and Grand Isle Counties. Survey results will be made available by March 2022.
